  Of course yes, we shall provide consultancy on your web site development plan. But the charges might vary depending on the number of features and complexity of your web site. We may have to agree on a newly drafted proposal.

  You can purchase or rent out a certain space of a web server to store all your or your clients’ web files in order to be accessed on internet from a centralized location. The process of uploading the web site files to the server and managing it called web hosting.  
   
  Why should I need to have a web hosting plan?  
  Basically for your hosting needs we have introduced suitable plans such as One Star*, Three Star* & Five Star*. Each plan consists of many features and you can compare the plans as well. According to the features of your selected plan you can implement your hosting.  
   
  What is your web hosting policy?  
  Please remember to read at least once theTerms and Conditions concerning our web hosting policy prior to purchase.  
     
  How can I register for a web hosting plan?  
  You can compare our web hosting plans and order for a plan with a payment cycle of your choice. You can simply add to the cart and purchase it. You can check for the availability of your domain name of choice and add to a web hosting plan. Please note that a domain name with extensions .com, .net, .org will be registered for free of charge for a period of first one year. This is applicable only for the plans ‘Three Star*’ and ‘Five Star*’ when you purchase those plans by paying annually. Also please note that you have to request for this free offer within one month from the date of purchase of the web hosting plan.  
   
  What is your best web hosting plan?  
  Of course we have a best offer that is the ‘Five Star*’ Plan, because it provides you a higher web space (3GB) and a control panel for the management of hosting including other server and service features such as e-mails creation and etc.  
   
  What will happen next when I order for a web hosting plan?  
  When you make the order you will immediately receive an e-mail from our authorized payment processor 2CO confirming your purchase order. Within next 24-48 hrs you will receive the purchase invoice and technical information from REAL-IT on how to use your web hosting plan. (Please remember to check your bulk e-mail box and spam box to make sure our e-mail is not missed)  
     
  Can I upgrade my plan if I run over my disk quota?  
  Basically you are welcome to upgrade your plan at any time. Your account could be upgraded within the first month for free of charge. Only the difference between the prices of plans would be charged. But, if you need additional space only we will charge you $5.00 per MB additional space and $1 per GB additional band-width. If after first month, you will be charged $9.95 as upgrading fee.  
   
  How do I upload my web stuff to the server?  
  Basically you can upload your web files using any FTP program such as WS_FTP Pro. After installing the software you can follow our instructions provided in our e-mail on how to configure the FTP program and upload your files. For ‘Five Star*’ Customers they can upload files, create new accounts, etc through their control panel what we provide for them.
